    IBB Dresden GmbH works as an institute for vocational education and training. Especially in the fields of health, social work, beauty and management adult learners are trained. So IBB trains e.g. Social Cares Assistants, Kindergarten teachers, European Wellness cosmeticians, Assistants for Medical documentation, Podiatrists. IBB Dresden is also the head of a Primary and Secondary school. Target groups of education and training are trainees in initial training, adult learners, drop outs, who get a second chance, young single mums and other disadvantaged young people. IBB has been working in European projects for many years and is experienced in coordinating projects and partnerships. In European projects, e.g. Transfer of Innovation Leonardo da Vinci, IBB cooperates with European partners from many countries and is a member of the European network association CONECT. IBB implemented innovative project outcomes like curricula, methods and approaches into its daily business.
    Role of the participant organisation in the proposed project [Limit: 1000 characters]
    The project manager will organise internal project communication and maintain the directory of e-mail addresses and contact points for project partners. IBB Dresden will be the main contact partner and interface with the EC. IBB will organise a transnational meeting and according to these meetings the meetings of the project managers, 2 regional workshops and the conference of valorisation at the end of the project duration.
    The organisation is also responsible for strategies of lifelong learning esp. in the early childhood education (see WP 2). IBB will give special input to methodological approaches for the work in Kindergartens, primary school and elementary school.

    Mrs Dagmar Mager
    Ms. Dagmar Mager is the managing director of IBB Dresden GmbH. She studied Philosophy and Economics at the University of St. Petersburg and the Technical University Berlin.
    She is experienced in applying and managing European projects since 1999 EQUAL I and II, Lifelong Learning programme(Leonardo da Vinci, Grundtvig) and ESF project as well as in developing curricula for the training and further education in the sectors beauty, wellness and health.
    Mrs Sabine Braun
    Mrs. Sabine Braun is the project manager of IBB Dresden GmbH. She has very good skills in English language(Cambridge Certificate, Degree in Business English at the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry). She is well experienced in the social work with unemployed men and women and people with handicaps. Mrs. Braun is project manager since many years and was doing a lot of regional, national and European projects within the Lifelong Learning Programme. As a teacher she is also responsible for the preparation and accompaniment of young learners.
    Mrs Martina Kampe-Stirn
    Mrs. Martina Kampe-Stirn is very knowledgeable in financial preparation, implementation, controlling and financial reports of European projects of the Lifelong Learning programme (e.g. LdV Transfer of Innovation, Mobilities etc.).
    She also is well experienced in applying, controlling and the settlement of projects founded by the ESF for the vocational educational training.
    Mrs Swetlana Schwarz
    Ms. Schwarz has worked in administration and organisation of European projects since many years. At IBB she is responsible for administrative support of IBB students.
